Nikon COOLSHOT 50i is Nikon's first laser rangefinder with a built-in mounting magnet. Built to take your game to the next level, this innovative product features superior Nikon optics with distance calculation including tilt, DUAL LOCKED ON QUAKE for flag confirmation and continuous metering.
An innovative mounting magnet, built in for easy rangefinder attachment, securely attaches the COOLSHOT 50i to metal surfaces. This also applies to your golf bag or golf cart - so you can pick up the range finder, use it and attach it back at any time.
Slope adjusted measurement option
When playing for fun you can turn on the ID (ascend/decline) function that takes into account the slope of the course, which is critical for uphill and downhill shots. Optionally, an LED indicating the actual distance is used, which signals compliance with the rules of permitted measurements during competitions.
Competitions
The real distance LED will inform the competition organizer that you are not using the mode with ID technology where tilt-corrected measurements are disabled.
Locked On feature< /span>
The DUAL LOCKED ON QUAKE function informs about the measurement of the distance to the pennant, which helps in aiming the pennant pole, and not a tree or other object that might be in the way. The laser range finder informs you of accurate aiming with a visual signal and gentle vibration.
