Returned goods

Returns within 14 days:

 

the customer is entitled to return the goods purchased through the online store within 14 days from the date of its delivery.

It is only possible to return goods that have not been used, worn out and whose condition corresponds to the condition of the new goods.

When using this option, the customer is obliged to deliver the purchased goods at his own expense to the address of the stone shop:
