COMPANY HISTORY:

1991

foundation of Sprint Sport, Tomáš Ševčík senior. Originally, the company offered a very rich assortment of sports equipment, from hockey sticks, soccer balls, skis and more - to golf equipment, which was in the Czech Republic at the very beginning. The composition of the working team was composed purely of family members. Store in its original form on Masarykova street in Karlovy Vary.

1996

a section has been added to the Karlovy Vary store and is reserved only for golf equipment. The company establishes cooperation with the British company The Masters Golf, with which it cooperates to this day. Brands like Sunderland of Scotland, John Letters and others follow.

2002

the company establishes cooperation and becomes the first exclusive distributor of the Japanese brand Srixon and XXIO in the Czech Republic. The store is being renovated, the company is recruiting additional staff and focuses exclusively on golf.

2005

opening of a new branch in Prague in Husitská Street. Along with branches, cooperation with leading golf professionals and pro-shops throughout the country is also growing. We acquire the exclusive representation of the TiCad luxury titanium truck brand.

2009

Tomáš Ševčík senior together with his friends he founded the charity tournament Tomas Cup - or the Tomáš family help Tomáš. The first year, which takes place at the Cihelny Golf Resort, begins with an annual tradition that continues to this day.

2012

This year, we are also moving the Prague branch to the newly established playground in Černý Most. The branch in Karlovy Vary is moving to the premises of the Racing Karlovy Vary (Závodiště).

2015

Tomáš Ševčík Jr. establishes s.r.o. The company, called Golfstores, continues to wholesale the Masters Golf brand and expands the company's reach into the Internet market.

2016

We are launching a new e-shop GolfoveVoziky.cz, specializing in the sale, distribution and service of golf carts with a dispensing showroom in Prague - Holešovičky.

2018

We are expanding the range of goods with a new brand of children's golf equipment MKids Golf and in cooperation with a British supplier we are organizing a children's golf tour MKids Golf Tour with tournaments throughout the Czech Republic.

2020

Newly opened branches in Prague 9 Vysočany at Pod Harfou 32 and Karlovy Vary - Racing Golf Závodiště. We launched a multifunctional e-shop for customers and B2B clients on a modern platform with sales to several EU countries.

 

At present, we continue to work with experts, provide professional services and recommend to customers golf goods of proven brands, which we have known so well over the many years of our family business.
